1. Movement Reset
Commit to 10 minutes of movement. No complex workout needed. Do jumping jacks, a quick walk, dance to one song (if you do this send video), or follow a short YouTube workout. Physical movement instantly shifts mental energy and breaks stagnation.
2. Purpose Pulse Check
Ask yourself: "What's one small action I can take today that moves me closer to my core goal?" Clarity comes from action, not overthinking.
3. The 5-Minute Challenge
Pick one thing you've been avoiding. Set a timer for 5 minutes and do ONLY that task. No distractions, no multitasking. Most times, you'll break through resistance and want to continue.Small shifts, big impact. You've got this.Catch you Sunday,
