Hey there! It's Brian, and welcome to the second Midweek Mindset.

Midweek slump hitting hard? You're not alone. Sometimes Wednesday feels like the longest day of the week, but I've got some quick strategies to help you reset and recharge.

1. Change Your Scene

Feeling stuck? Sometimes all it takes is a quick environment shift. Move to a different room, step outside for 5 minutes, or work from a new spot. A fresh perspective can instantly boost your energy and creativity.

2. Energize in Minutes

When focus fades, I do a quick 2-minute stretch or walk around the block. Nothing intense - just enough to get your blood moving and reset your system. Put on some 90’s grunge like us cool X’ers do.

3. Grab Inspiration

Take 10 minutes and open a book that lights you up. Not to finish it, just to read a few pages that remind you why you're doing what you're doing. Grab "The War of Art" by Steven Pressfield or flip through some Marcus Aurelius quotes from "Meditations". Those few pages can completely reset your mindset. Small shifts, big momentum.
